He enters this appointment onto his calendar (we're in Michigan - EST) at 1PM. For example, let's say he has a meeting next week in Los Angeles at 1PM PST. He travels a lot for business and knows on any given day where he's going to be. $VIP called the helpdesk today to ask if there's a way to stop Outlook from automatically adjusting meeting times based on time zone.
